Yoga and Meditation | Morning Retreat

Service Description

Welcome to a morning of meditative bliss. This half-day retreat is a sacred time where you'll get to sink into your soul in a new way. You'll be taken on a journey towards your heart and be given the time and space you need to find some serenity. The day will begin with a gentle yoga practice. We'll focus on restoration and ease. You'll stay laying on your back while we unravel some of the tension in the hips, and gently ease into two or three soothing postures before drifting into Savasana. With our bodies feeling a bit more supple, we'll enter a Morning Mindfulness meditation – an opportunity to meet ourselves with grace and love. We'll breathe more freely as our thoughts slowly begin to dissolve. Once we've reconnected our 'Caramel Centre' we'll be taken on a beautiful journey into the heart. All our worrying or anxious thoughts will be seen in a new light as we travel towards the Middle Way – a place with less judgement and less criticism. We'll spend some time reflecting on what 2024 has been for us. You'll be provided with some journalling prompts while you take in the ocean views or take a seat overlooking the natural beauty of the bush. The day will close with a guided healing meditation that will lift the last smudges of stress from our minds. Ancient Sanskrit prayers will be sung into your heart while sacred fragrances cocoon us with their devotion. You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed, with an renewed sense of inner peace and some tools to create more space in your life. A selection of herbal tea, bliss balls and other treats will help you feel steady and grounded before you step back out into the rest of your day.
