Service Description

You don't to be overweight to identify as an emotional eater. Many of us do it. This 8-week program is based in neuroscience. It's a research-supported program that can help you unravel any food temptations that you wish you could ignore. What you can expect: • Understand where, when and with who you are pulled into this pattern and WHY • Learn the ABC method of tracking your emotions (which you can use in other areas of your life too) • Recognise the precise details of your emotional eating and be given the tools to change your eating patterns NB: This is not a diet plan and does not include an exercise program. The Emotional Eating Program is purely based on emotional patterns that lead you to eat when you're not hungry. It will be adapted to your situation which includes tracking the foods you eat. However, what is more important is tracking the intensity of your emotions, the frequency of your emotional trigger patterns, the latency between the emotional indicator and the time you reach for the food. If you're interested in joining the 8-week program, I recommend attending the Intro Session first so you can get a deeper understanding of what's involved.
